Terms of Acquisition
Our inventory requires precise execution to post successfully to your file. Read the following rules carefully. By uploading your payment confirmation, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding data accuracy, reporting cycles, and our exchange policy.
The information you submit must be completely accurate and exactly match your credit report. Any non-posting tradelines caused by inaccurate or incomplete data provided by you will not be refunded nor replaced.
All sales are final. No refunds are permitted—only exchanges. Tradelines will remain posted for 60 days. It typically takes 2 to 14 days after the purchase date for the tradeline to report. You must remove all fraud alerts and credit freezes from your file before purchasing.
Each tradeline has a listed Purchase Date. This is the absolute latest date you can purchase the tradeline to ensure it reports within the current month's cycle. Purchases finalized after this specified date may not report until the following month.
Tradelines post strictly based on the data you provide matching your credit file. If a tradeline successfully appears on 1 or 2 bureaus but fails to hit the third, the issue lies within your personal credit report data, not the tradeline itself. (If the tradeline was defective, it would not post to any bureau).
If your tradeline does not report within the standard timeframe, you must first verify an updated credit report. If the issue persists, you must send your Credit Karma and Experian login credentials to: [Insert Client's Support Email] You will receive a response within 24 hours. If the tradeline failed to report due to an error on our end, we will replace it.
Note: For all Barclays tradelines, you must save the cardholder's address to your file to ensure successful posting.
